Former professional wrestler turned actor Dave Bautista confessed he struggled to maintain his weight after he lost 75 pounds and said he's "basically killing myself to be this trim."

"It's weird because people think, like for me, people say, 'God, you're skinny.' I even saw online some people are worried about my health," Bautista said.
