CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland police area asking for help in identifying the suspect in an attempted robbery. Police say the altercation happened September 4 around 8 p.m. The 78-year-old victim was in a car in the 1700 block of Clarkstone Road when the suspect attempted to rob her, police say.
