Bucks use big second half to end Celtics' five-game winning streak
The Boston Celtics suffered through a tale of two halves on Thursday, starting out red hot against the Milwaukee Bucks in Wisconsin, only to go completely ice cold in the second half. Holding a seven-point lead at halftime, the Celtics would not make a single 3-point attempt in the third quarter, in which they only scored a total of 13 points.
The Celtics held their own defensively late with Simons on the floor with the three-guard lineup. However, Boston’s offense failed to sustain any scoring momentum late. They managed just 12 points in the final 6:15 of the game, continuing a trend of scoring just 24 points in each of the final three quarters.
