Since 2018, nightclubs, bars and restaurants that allow alcohol consumption and have occupancy limits higher than 300 visitors must have fire sprinklers, but seven businesses have yet to install them.

Bonham Exchange's attorney confirmed it signed an agreement with the city Thursday to remain open with reduced occupancy while it installs a required sprinkler system.
