Air India has announced a temporary reduction in flights on 19 domestic routes and a suspension of services on three others, two international and one domestic. The changes are expected to impact around five per cent of its total narrow-body operations.

The move came a day after Indian officials told the airline to improve its operations, and as delays and canceled flights are drawing complaints from passengers.
