MULTAN, Pakistan — West Indies won the toss and elected to bat on another turning wicket against Pakistan in the second test on Saturday. Pakistan leads the series 1-0 after its spin trio of Sajid Khan, Noman Ali and Abrar Ahmed claimed all 20 wickets at the same venue to beat the tourists by 127 runs inside three days.

Trial by spin was a deliberate policy by the hosts. Having experienced spinners with better records and more accomplished batters than the visitors, Pakistan was stacking the deck strikingly in their favour. Fortunately for the West Indies, their plans backfired, and they were caught in their own trap.

The West Indies secured a historic 120-run victory over Pakistan in the second Test in Multan, drawing the series 1-1. This marked the Windies' first Test win in Pakistan in nearly 35 years, with their last victory coming in Faisalabad in November 1990.

It was West Indies' first win in Pakistan in 34 years as they ended the contest on a 1-1 draw. Pakistan won the first Test by 127 runs, also in Multan.
