Verizon services are beginning to be restored after reportedly down across the country on Monday, Sept. 30, according to the wireless carrier. On its official X account, Verizon said it was working around the clock to fix the issue.

Verizon says its phone service has been restored from a widespread outage that affected more than 100,000 customers incuding some in southeast Wisconsin. The company did not give a reason for Monday's outage which included multiple states.
