The Giants' bullpen imploded while former San Francisco pitcher Tyler Rogers pitched a scoreless inning in his New York Mets debut on Saturday.

After ending their six-game losing streak the night before, the San Francisco Giants reverted Saturday to erratic offense and mistakes afield in a 12-6 defeat to the Mets.

Though he warmed up twice in the bullpen yesterday, the game narrative never brought Rogers to the hill. But given a slim 5-4 lead in the bottom of the 4th inning, Mets manager Carlos Mendoza got to work lining up his new collection of arms.
