Pakistan's Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has left for his second visit to the United States in two weeks to finalise a trade deal with Washington, his office said late on Monday.

President Donald Trump is meeting with United Kingdom Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Turnberry, Scotland, this morning to discuss trade. The U.S. and United Kingdom reached an agreement on tariffs in May. Yesterday, Trump announced a trade deal with the European Union that would set tariffs at 15% for U.S. imports of most European goods.

"We still believe the most likely outcome is slow growth and firm inflation: Not a recession, but a backdrop where the adverse effects of trade and immigration controls on growth outweigh the boost from deregulation and fiscal largesse," Morgan Stanley strategist Michael Zezas wrote.

Indian shares were muted in early trades on Tuesday, with benchmark indexes near six-week lows, as concerns over a delay in signing a trade deal with the United States and sustained foreign outflows hurt demand.
