Valerie Cherish is ready to say, “Hello, hello, hello!” one more time, HBO confirmed Friday, because The Comeback is officially coming back for a third and final season. Lisa Kudrow will once again portray a fictionalized version of herself — the struggling former sitcom star who allows reality TV cameras to capture her attempts to resurrect her career.

The Comeback,' the beloved cult show from Michael Patrick King and Lisa Kudrow (as Valerie Cherish), will return to HBO for a third (and MAYBE final) season.

Michael Patrick King, the show's creator, is reuniting with Kudrow for the third and final chapter in Valerie Cherish's story. They both will also executive produce the season. Other returning series regulars include Dan Bucatinsky, Laura Silverman and Damian Young.
