If losing to Vanderbilt for the first time since 1990 last week wasn’t bad enough, LSU followed that up with its first home defeat to Texas A&M since 1994. Much like last year’s game, a halftime lead for LSU got flipped completely on its head in the second half and the Aggies ran Tiger fans out of Tiger Stadium.
The Aggies QB put on a show to lead No. 3 Texas A&M past No. 20 LSU in a dominant victory in Death Valley on Saturday.
During the third quarter of Saturday's game, during which the Aggies outscored the Tigers 28-0, LSU fans reportedly chanted "Fire Kelly." It wasn't just a few fans, either, as whole sections appeared to join in on the chant.

Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry challenged LSU and the university's Board of Supervisors over plans to raise season ticket prices for the 2026 season following the Tigers' 49-25 defeat to Texas A&M. The board approved a measure Friday that would increase tickets by up to $125, bringing in more than an estimated $4.5 million in revenue.
