With the Ryder Cup just a few months away, Keegan Bradley is already under the spotlight as Team USA captain. Bradley hasn’t yet made a decision on whether he’ll take up a playing role, though his form certainly puts him among the top 12 American players at the moment.

Scottie Scheffler continued his incredible run in 2025 by winning The Open Championship at Royal Portrush, Northern Ireland, with a commanding four-shot victory. The win marks his fourth major title and second this year after clinching the PGA Championship in May.

Scheffler will also compete in the Procore Championship, scheduled for Sept. 11–14, ahead of the Ryder Cup. Xander Schauffele has likewise voiced strong interest in playing. This event will serve as a warm‑up to keep the U.S. team’s stars sharp during the monthlong break between the Tour Championship and the Ryder Cup.
