President Donald Trump will visit southern California this week amid looming winds and threats of new flames with tens of thousands of acres torched and buildings destroyed, according to reports.

Forecasters say weaker winds will hit on Saturday night and Sunday, and that there will be no relief until the county gets rain.

More than 31,000 people have been ordered to evacuate, and another 23,000 are under evacuation warnings from the path of the fire around Castaic Lake.
