Prime Video has the exclusive rights to stream five NASCAR Cup Series races this season , starting with the Coca-Cola 600 on May 25 and running through Pocono on June 22nd. This is the first time in NASCAR history that Cup Series races are only on a streaming platform, a big shift in how sports are delivered.
Prime Video users will have an added advantage with the Burn Barn tool, offering a different perspective on competition dynamics.
NASCAR is fine with the drop in older viewers, because the numbers also show a massive 32% increase in viewers in the coveted 18-34 age range. In fact, viewership is up in all categories under the age of 55, with a 21% increase in viewers between 25-54.
NASCAR fans have grown accustomed to seeing speed, throttle and braking on broadcasts for years. There has been one measurement, though, that has eluded networks and viewers for years.

The NASCAR Cup Series comes to Michigan International Speedway this Sunday as they host the 2025 Firekeepers Casino 400.
First attempted in 1976, when NASCAR and the France family ventured to the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the storied collaboration returned to center stage in 2023.
But there’s been a big change in 2025, as a handful of races aren’t on broadcast TV or cable – but rather streaming. Sunday’s race at Michigan International Speedway is the third race of five on Amazon’s streaming service, Prime Video.
