Donald Trump claims he’s not selling Trump Media stock, but these investors are. After getting a bump last week, shares of Trump Media and Technology Group (Nasdaq: DJT) are falling once again, nearing the lowest point since the parent company of Trump’s Truth Social platform went public via a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) merger in March.

The date on which former President Donald Trump is eligible to offload shares in his social media company is rapidly approaching—though when it finally comes, it’s likely to offer far less of a treasure than it was earlier this year.

Donald Trump, the majority shareholder of Trump Media and the biggest name on Truth Social, said he has no plans to sell his DJT stock when lockup ends.
