Behind a combined 36 points from Alyssa Thomas and DeWanna Bonner, the Connecticut Sun forced Game 5 in the WNBA semifinals with a 92-82 win over the Minnesota Lynx.

Alyssa Thomas had 18 points, 11 assists and eight rebounds to help the Connecticut Sun stave off elimination and beat the Minnesota Lynx 92-82 on Sunday, forcing a decisive Game 5 in their semifinal series.

After back-to-back losses, the Sun found themselves in a 2-1 series hole, facing elimination against the Lynx. Ahead of a must-win Game 4, head coach Stephanie White made it clear that Harris was needed. She’d be back in the starting lineup in place of Marina Mabrey — and was expected to contribute as she has all year.
