Actor Nivin Pauly has been cleared of all charges by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating a sexual assault case, police said on Wednesday. According to officials, the case was initially filed against Pauly following a complaint by a woman at the Oonnukal police station in Kerala's Ernakulam district.

Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly has got a clean chit in the rape case registered against him. The Onnukal Police have, on Wednesday, filed a report in the Kothamangalam Judicial First Class Magistrate’s court stating that he was not involved in the alleged crime and that he should be removed from the case related to the rape of a woman at a hotel in Dubai.

Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly has been officially cleared of sexual assault charges on Wednesday. The allegations were leveled by a woman from Neriamangalam, Kerala, who alleged Pauly sexually assaulted her in Dubai on the pretext of offering her a film role in November 2023.

Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly and five others were recently accused by a woman of sexually assaulting her at a Dubai hotel last year and an FIR had been filed in relation to the case at the Oonnukal Police Station.
