Kashmir Resistance, also known as The Resistance Front (TRF), has claimed responsibility for Tuesday's attack on tourists in Indian-administered Kashmir, the deadliest incident of its kind in India since the 2008 shootings in Mumbai.

Security has been beefed up across Indian-controlled Kashmir a day after an attack killed at least 26 people, most of them tourists, as Indian forces launched a manhunt for the perpetrators of one of the deadliest attacks in the restive Himalayan region.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Wednesday (April 23) sought to dissociate from the Pahalgam terror attack with its Defence Minister Khawaja Asif (pic) saying, "These are not acts of foreign interference but local uprisings.
