Fortnite maker Epic Games and Spotify are testing Apple's new App Store policies by submitting apps for review that would have previously never been allowed.

Epic Games said on Friday that it submitted Fortnite to Apple’s App Store, the month after a judge ruled in favor of the game maker in a contempt ruling.

Apple has filed an emergency motion asking the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to pause key parts of a recent ruling that dramatically changes how
