Combs is currently scheduled to get out of prison on May 8, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons' online database. Combs is behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York City's borough of Brooklyn.

Combs was sentenced to 50 months in prison by a federal judge after he was convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
