Officials began towing the vehicle away from the site, moving it away from the fire's edge, to finally find answers to questions about how the SUV ended up inside the fence and whether anyone remained in the vehicle.

Many residents expressed feeling unsafe in their community, and some said they intend to move, after the fire that began Monday.
