CBS News Editor-in-Chief Bari Weiss is reportedly seeking to lure Salem Radio Network host Scott Jennings from CNN, multiple outlets

Weiss met with Jennings at the Tiffany Network's New York headquarters last week, according to the news site Semafor.

Fox News anchor Bret Baier addressed a report that CBS News editor-in-chief Bari Weiss expressed interest in him coming over to the network as she seeks to put her mark on the news division and CBS Evening News.

Bret Baier is insistent he is not leaving Fox News to join CBS Evening News.

As David Simon puts it, “Murrow and Cronkite have both interrupted their peaceful mouldering, and are now revolving at such speeds that never mind the affront to televised journalism—we need to consider the geologic risks to us all.

John Dickerson will leave CBS News at the end of the year, a move that will inevitably raise questions about the future of “CBS Evening News,” which he has been co-anchoring with Maurice DuBois as part of a format revamp since earlier this year.
