After their mother died in a crash in Anaheim Sunday night, three kids are fighting for justice against the apparent drunk driver who allegedly caused the deadly collision.

Suzanne Fierro was still trapped in her car when paramedics arrived. She was extricated and taken to the hospital, but did not survive her injuries.

A 29-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving drunk following a car crash in Anaheim that left another woman dead.

Witnesses told police the driver of a white sedan had been drinking alcohol at a nearby restaurant prior to the crash.
