The Yankees started their homestand with a flurry of roster moves on Tuesday. The most notable saw closer Luke Weaver land on the 15-day injured list with a left hamstring strain.

The New York Yankees reinstated second baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. and reliever Fernando Cruz from the injured list on Tuesday.

Headed to the injured list is right-handed relief pitcher Luke Weaver, who tweaked his hamstring while warming up in the bullpen on Sunday and was unable to pitch. Weaver was diagnosed with a left hamstring strain and is expected to miss four to six weeks of action.
