The best answer I can give is that the Yoder Amish Home was a wonderful visit. They are very kind and enjoy sharing information on the Amish lives past and present. The only thing there to eat are the home made breads and cookies. Tasty. My suggestion for a meal is the Dur Dutchman not too far from the Yoder Home.

1.5 hours should do it. Start with 2 Amish Homes Then the barn Then the school house Finish with the buggy ride. Be sure to ask many questions at all locations. The guides are steeped in personal information, as they are Amish and Mennonite. House has an Amish girl baking cookies. They run 50 cents, I believe. Good time! Store has flush toilets and all sorts of Amish/Mennonite gifts, while you wait for guide to be released to you to start the tour. Enjoy!
Q:
Where do you sign up for the Yoder's Amish Home tour and will tours be given in October 2016?
A:
When we went, there was no reservation needed. Just drive there and pay admission in gift shop. Not sure about October schedule.
