Millville is a town in Worcester County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 3,174 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Providence metropolitan area. Millville was first settled in 1662, and officially incorporated in 1916 by division from Blackstone, Massachusetts. This region was originally inhabited by the Nipmuc people.
