We had cell phone service on our Samsung with ATT there. My teen daughter suggests that you bring a charged portable charger to hook to your phone if you are camping. Only RV site have outlets. Hope this helps. PS I think younger kids would also love this beach/lake because it is shallow pretty far out. The sand is very plyable and if they are young, it works well for digging etc. It was also quiet after quiet hour started.
