WEBJan 2, 2014 · So, no I expect you only get the discount when auto added, including the initial buy. You can probably only have 1 auto plan active too. You could stop the active plan, then add it again, changing your date. Same with changing cards. Stop the old setup. Add the new setup, effective immediately.
Added refill card - did not add minutes/texts/data
WEBNov 23, 2015 · I noticed in the last two refills 400/1yr cards I added for CDMA BYOD lines last week, that even though I got the confirmation that 1200/1200/1200 and 365 days of services were added, when I checked my balance online or through the phone's new TF widget I got the expiration date correct, but the minutes/text/data remained unchanged.

I am currently trying to work with their customer service to resolve this. In the meantime I'm just wondering if anyone knows what is going on. Which is that I have a TracFone with triple minutes, and have signed up for the auto refill plan with 90 days, 60 minutes, which should become 180 minutes with the triple minutes.

WEBJul 25, 2017 · The only thing listed under transactions is for reactivation on 7/25/23. It doesn't list the refill attempts. I went back around and tried the usage page again. Now it says my service period ends 12/22/2023. The airtime is the same as before, it didn't add 60 minutes. It's still 497 minutes, 992 texts, and 499.97mb data down from 500.

You can access Buy Plan by just pressing anywhere in that account area like in my screenshot. Then choose what you want. As an example, choose the $5 text card under add-ons which is under Buy Plans.
