Razer Kraken Pro mic not working/not detected on windows 10
WEBAug 16, 2016 — My razer kraken pro stopped working after the update to windows 10. I tried reinnstalling the drivers through realtek and now all i have is something labelled "microphone array", and "razer line in". my built in mic works just fine but the mic on the headset does not.

WEBNov 30, 2023 — I have been messing around with this for a few days now. I reset my pc. I plug in my kraken kitty headset & I get this pop-up. I have restarted the pc several times. When I plug in the headset, it does install Razer synapse 3. But when I restart to finish setting up the device, it never works.
