WEBNov 22, 2023 · CM2050V instability after firmware upgrade. As others have mentioned, it appears that recently Xfinity pushed v9 of firmware to the Netgear CM2050V modems. Netgear's site still lists V2.01.03 as the supported version but I suppose that may just be a lag in updating the site. The modem is now running v9.01.01.
